comfortable bed washing machine balcony room
i was upgraded to a chiffon studio balcony room and it had lovely features. the bed really felt amazing and i slept soundly every night. the room included a washing machine which was super convenient after sweating all day touring around!
the onsen was a bit busy, so i couldn't use it when i wanted.

Really good Stay in a Prime Location
modern equipment wide array attentive staff
The gym had modern equipment and ample space. Breakfast included a wide array of both local and international options. The staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests. I appreciated the ease of access to nearby transportation.
The room service menu could benefit from a few more choices.

modern room helpful staff great recommendation many options
The room was modern. It included a washing machine and ironing board. This was very helpful during my trip. The staff assisted me with train tickets and offered great recommendations. They also arranged a taxi to the station. The breakfast had many options.

feather down pillows large bathroom japanese toilet poor english unfriendly staff communication issue
The Chiffon Studio Balcony was beautiful. I found the linen to be lovely, especially the feather down pillows. The large bathroom had a Japanese toilet (quite modern!) and a separate dressing room.
The concierge staff had some communication issues. Their level of English was quite poor, made things difficult. One staff member was unwelcoming and unfriendly, a shame.

spacious closet effective machine
the studio premier was spacious.. it included a walk-in closet and a kitchenette. i was especially pleased with the washing machine included in the utility area. the breakfast buffet at weaver restaurant offered various delicious food options.

Excellent Hotel Stay
modern design eco shampoo smell good
My room was a Habotai Studio. It had modern design. The cleanliness was excellent. The light modes was very good. I found eco shampoo and body wash in the bathroom and clear, white towels that smell good.
I had some awkward interactions with front desk staff. Some did not have enough social skills.

The pool is enormous. A lovely japanese jacuzzi is available. I saw a well-equipped gym with modern machines and sufficient space for workouts. Wi-Fi signal was very strong and stable.

Breakfast had great options. I saw that the restaurant offer fresh egg dishes. The hotel bar seemed stylish. Staff created a mocktail when I requested it even though it was not on the menu.
